Re-approval of D.O.T. Special Permit for Cylinder Recertification

March 24, 2010

WINS renewed its special permit (DOT-SP 14584) for the authorized re-certification of DOT 3A, 3AA, 3AX, 3AAX and 3T cylinders. Cylinders are retested by acoustic emission and ultrasonic examination (AE/UE) instead of internal visual inspection and hydrostatic retest. Read More…
